[edit] Basic Crafting
Basic Crafting, unlike Professional Crafting, is the same for every type of transmuter. With Basic Crafting you can create things like potions, return stones or even upgrade cores on higher levels and larger stacks of items.
[edit] Registering a formula card
Before you can begin crafting you need to register Formula Cards. To start with Basic Crafting you'll need Honor Class 2 (20,0000 Honor Points). When you have class 2 honor you can buy the 5 Lvl. 1 Formula Cards from the Port Lux Core Alchemist Yerte. The higher level Formula Cards are dropped by monsters. Each formula card makes a different item as shown in the list of all Basic Craft recipes.
The Level 1 formula cards allow you to craft level 2 and 3 MP and HP potions, the 5th formula allows you to craft an Epaulet of Proof (EoP). Like the items of proof in Professional Crafting, the EoP is craftable only with 100% in the progress bar. If you understand Professional Crafting, Basic Crafting shouldn't be problem for you. Get 100% in progress bar, craft an EoP, upgrade your crafting level, get new Formula Cards and repeat...
Note: you can ask other people to buy the cards for you to avoid the honor requirement. Honor is only needed to buy the cards, not to enter them into the transmuter or use the recipe. You can buy card in "Agent Shop" (CABAL EU)
Also, the Proof recipe can't be entered into the transmuter before reaching 100%. So don't buy it right away or it will just waste space.
[edit] Beginning Lv1 crafting
When you have registered any of the lv1 craft recipe, the image shows on the previously blank box of the Basic Craft tab. Click on it and it is straight forward from there (get the required materials, click on the number of stacks you want, click button item craft). For every successful craft, your experience meter increases by 0.4%,0.8% or 1.2% depending on the item per stack number you have successfully created. Keep doing this until your meter reaches 100%. Then only can you register the Epaulet of Proof formula card.
[edit] Epaulet of Proof
The only way for you to level up your craft skill from lv1 to lv2 is by crafting the Epaulet of Proof. (The only way to ever level up your craft is by crafting the epaulet of proof for every level). The crafting uses honor points, so you need a large amount. Epaulet of Proof crafting has a low success rate, and even if you unsuccessfully craft it, your honor points still decrease. When you have successfully crafted it, go to the core alchemist at Port Lux to receive a craft license. Right click on it and your craft increases to lv2.
Future crafting of epaulet of proofs require you to have the previous level Epaulet of proof, and they require more honor points. From Epaulet of Proof +3 and above, you will need Quartz cores too. And at level 5 basic craft, all the crafts uses up honor points.
