Effectors are a new accessory that alter some skills and their attributes. For now, there's only two for each class.
Important notes:
- Req. Lvl 130+
- You can wear two effectors, but only 1 of each skill.
- Does not work in Mission Battles
- No effects are available until the item is appraised with a Mirror of Observation

The mirror of observation is a unique item that reveals an effector's stats. Until it is used, an effector can't be equipped and will have no additional stats.
The level of the effector is random, and the level of mirror increases chances of getting higher levels of effectors. There are 3 types of mirrors.
To use them, simply right click the mirror and select the effector you want appraised.
